UNREST IN INDIA.
THE MUZAFFARPUR MURDER. ACCUSED SENTENCED TO DEATH. Received June 16, 8.37 a.m.' CALCUTTA, June 15. Kudiran Bose, the Muzaffarpur murderer, has been sentenced to death. The judge and witnesses are daily receiving threatening letters. In April last a Mrs Kennedy and her daughter were driving at Muzaffarpur, when a bomb was thrown into the carriage and exploded, killing Miss Kennedy and the coachman, and injuring Mrs Kennedy so severely that she died a fe»v days after. It is supposed the bomb was meant for Ju'cLre Kinirtd'ord, whose life lad tern tKrer.t.n d in eorine-lion with trials o£ uie;i concerned in recent ricts in Indin.
