Mr J. C. Boddington reports that the rainfall at the Upper Plain for the 24 hours up till 9 a.m. yesterday was" 7 points. BY TELEGRAPH —PItESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, June 15. The following forecasts are made by Captain Edwin to 3 p.m. to-mor-row :—Gale from the southward generally, with much to'der weather, and barometer rising fast. Forecast to 21st inst:—A heavy southerly gale, probably extending over 48 hours, with very cold weather, and about the 18th strong northerly winds at places south of Napier and New Plymouth.
