ENGINEERS' DISPUTE.
BY TELECHIAPH —I'KKSS ASSOCIATION. ~ WELLINGTON, June 12. In the engineers' dispute before the Conciliation Board the employers stated they to go direct to the Court. The Union representative pointed out that the Board had power to compel th<Jf employers by subpoena to giva evidence if it was desired. • The Chairman said that would be done if necessary. The Union opened the case, but the taking of evidence was deferred.
