The New York "Journal of Commerce" announces an agreement among wool dealers in Boston and other American cities to refuse to accept wool fastened with s'.q:\\ twine. It is asserted that the loose fibre from the twine clings fo the wool through all the processes of manufacture, and causes imperfect goods, and consequent loss.
