ANALYSIS OF OFFICIAL RETURNS. Received June 12, 8.10 a.m. LONDON, Juno 11. The "Westminster Gazette" calls attention to the significance of the Board of Trade return of oversea trade from 1900 to '907, which takes 1900 as tho standard year, and gives the following increase of percentages for 1907, on the ba;i3 of 1900 prices: Imports, 15 poi cent, in volume and 23 par cent, in values. Exports, 43 pt-r ~ent. in volume, and 46 per cent, in values. Re-exports, 25 per cent, in volume, and 44 per cent, in values.
