CASTLEPOINT RIVER DISTRICT, \rOTICE is hereby given of the intenLN tion of the Castle Point River Board, at a Special Meeting to bo held on the 27th clay of June, 1908, to confirm the following resolution, passed by way of special order at a special meeting of the Bo.ird, held on the 23rd day of May, 190S, authorising the raising of a loan of .£7OO, urder "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," for preventing the overflow of the Whareama River between Sections 794, Block VII., and 278, Block XVI., Mangapakeha Survey District, and striking a special rate to meet interest and other charges on the said loan. Copies of the said resolution, which is to take effect upon the Gazetting thereof, may be saon at Mr Johnston's Store, Tinui, and at the County Offices, Tinui. A.
