A FAMILY QUARREL.
BROTHER-IN-LAW SHOT DEAD. MELBOURNE, June G. A man named Rosier shot his brother-in-law, navaed Dunn, dead at Elsterwick. Rosier believed that Dunn was illtreating his wife, and a quarrel arose at the former's hnuse. Rosier picked up a gun and shot Dunn through the heart. Ha alleges that the gun exploded accidentally.
