ANGLO-AMERICAN AGREEMENT. Received June 4, 9.5 p.m. LONDON, June 4. In the House of Commons, Mr S. Buxton, Postmaster - General was cheered on announcing that America had agreed to his proposal for an Anglo-American penny postage to operate from October Ist next.
