EXCHANGE OF NOTES. MANIFESTATION OF SOLIDARITY. Received June 1, 9.44 p.m. ROME, June 1. It is reported in Rome that the Kaiser has initiated an exchange of Notes between the Chancelleries of Berlin, Vienna and Rome with, a view to preparing a joint manifestation of the solidarity of the Triple Alliance as a reply to the meriting of King Edward and President Falleries in London, and the Czar's meeting of King Edward at Keval.
