M. Delagrange, in the presence of members of the aernautical societies of France and Italy, ten times circled the Place d'Armes, Paris, in his airship at a height of from 13ft to 25f*: in fifteen minutes twenty-six seconds, covering 2,130 yards, and securing a prize of £1,600.
