The Arbitration Court has intro■ducedj in its recent award respecting the dispute between the Gishorne Waterside Workers and their employers, the following provision to deal •with strikes .----The Union shall do all in its power to prevent any strike by -any of the workers affected by the award,, and it any strike shall occur in which any members of this Union*, shall take part, such strike shall be prima facie evidence that the Union haa committed a breach of *t3 duty hereunder.
