RUSSIAN TERRORISTS.

RAILWAY POISONERS. Pre-eminent among the numerous so:ial monstrosities engendered by the revolutionary movement in Russia is a band of railway poisoners, whose members, according to the Bourse Gazette, are carrying on operations on the south-western railway system. Their method is to minister poison to passengers, and then rob them of their hand-bags, valuables, and nr?ney. Fifteen cases have occurred recently in the course of a very short time. In the majority of these crimes the doses of poison given were so powerful that che victims succumbed. The poisoners' gang is so carefuly organised, and thdir crimes are so cleverly executed, that no arrests have yet been effected by the police.
