KING'S PROPOSED VISIT TO RUSSIA.

, STRONG LANGUAGE BY ► LABOUR M.P. LONDON, May 29. Labour M.P.'s and some Liberals will memorialise the King, representing that, in view of the terrible 'events in Russia and the nature of its Government, his visit should not be of a State or official character. Mr Ramsay Mucdonald, Labour M P., in an article in a Labour journal, calls the Czar a common murderer, who is responsible for all the bloodshed, torture, and pain daily inflicted in Russia. He urges Labour to hold hundreds of meetings on Sunday, with the object of pressing King Edward to cancel his visit, and retrain from huiting the feelings of his people, who hung their heads in shame. "While offering the right hand of fellowship to the Russian "people, upon the Czar," continues the article, "we bestow our spittle of ■contempt."
