Asquith that 23 temporal and 23 spiritual peers had been created since 1905. Received May 31, 4.20 p.m. NEW YORK, May 30. Theodore H. Price, a cotton operator, has been indicted at New York on charges of brining officials, conspiracy to defraud, and improperly making £150,000, through obtaining early information due to a leakage of Government statistics. Three others, including Edward Holmes, formerly assistant statistician at Washington, are charged with conspiracy with Price.
