AN ANARCHIST ARRESTED.
«. Received May 31, 3.23 p.m. ROME, May 30. A man named Paul Nikolaus an engineer, at Charlottenburg, has been arrested at Bari. He describes himself as an anarchist, and declares that he followed the Kaiser to the • Mediterranean, intending to kill a personage in the Kaiser's suit. The police suspect, however, that he intended to attempt the Kai3er's life.
