A FRENCH "RAFFLES."

A man named Emile Orietz, who is suspected of playing the part of a French "Raffles," eluded the police recently at Fontainebleau as he was on the point of being arrested. The suspect, accompanied by a young woman, arrived at Fontainebleau about three months ago, and rented a villa on the borders of the forest. The man spent money lavishly.
