INDIAN FRONTIER TROUBLE.
TRIBES READY TO SUBMIT. Received May 28, 9 a.m. CALCUTTA, May 27. All the tribes adjacent to the Indian administrative border are ready to submit to the British authorities. If it is found 'necessary to punish the Rhbda Khel and Bazai tribesmen the operation will be entrusted to Brigadier-General Barratt, wno holds a strategic base at Nakalki.
