Authorising the raising of a loan of .£l5O under "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," for forming and metalling a deviation on the Black Creek Road. 2. Striking a special rate to meet interest and other charges on the said loan. 3. Striking a special rate to meet interest and other charge? on a loan of JB-300, being 10 per cent, on the .£3,000 authorised to lie raised by the Council for bridgo-building and metalling on the East Coast Road.
