BREACH OF MARRIAGE ACT.
ELTHAM, May 27. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, Harry Keimenschneider, alias Roy Drayton, pleaded guilty to a breach of the Marriage Act in that he declared that he was a bachelor, whereas he had been married in Sydney. Accused was committed to the Wanganui Supreme Court for sentence.
