SHIPBUILDING DISPUTE.
RESULT OF THE BALLOT. WORK TO Uti kESUMED. Received May 2d, 10.37 p.m. LONDON, May 26. The ballot taken in connection with the shipbuilding dispute shows that 24,145 voted for a settlement on the terms arranged by Mr W. Churchill, and 2,110 against. Work will be resumed on Friday. The Trade Ur.onist officials believe that the establishment of Conciliation Boards will prevent ail future sectional disputes.
