WOMEN'S FRANCHISE.
SUFFRAGETTES ELECT TO GO TO PRISON.
LONDON, May 22. The arrested suffragettes have •elected to go to prison. With reference to Mr Asquith's attitude on the suffrage question, the Unionist press considers that redistribution should accompany the electoral reform Echerne. Many tliir.k the latter would greatly increase the Labour vote at the expense of Liberalism.
