A YOUTH SEIZED BY AN ALLIGATOR.
'SYDNEY, May 23. An alligator, 18 feet long, escaped from a show cage at Tamworth, and seized an attendant by the arm, but the lad broke away with slight injuries. The proprietor of the show then shot the animal dead.
