SIGNALMAN BECOMES DEMENTED.
BRUSSELS, May 22. The vii tims of the railway accident were mostly peasant pilgrims from the Shrine at Turnhout, twentylive miles east by north of Antwerp. The signalman, who was arrested, became suddenly demented.
