Received May 23, 1.46 a.m. SYDNEY, May 22. Owing to Mr A. H. Baskiville's death the "All-Blacks" are desirous of abandoning the balance of the matches in Australia, but the New South Wales Rugby League, having been put to considerable expense, cannot seo its way to sanction this. Six members of the team, including Mr Palmer, will accompany Mr Baskiville's body to New Zealand, leaving by the Monowai tomorrow.
