A GRIEVANCE. FINLAND AND IMPERIAL INTERESTS. Received May 21, 3.9 a.m. ST PETERSBURG, May 20. M. Stolypin, the Russian Premier, .raffi.'med that one of Russia's principal grievances was Finland's adoption of laws affecting Imperial inter■•esta without consulting the Imperial '•Government. There are indications that M. Stolypin will consult the Finns on •ths Bill regarding Finland which is rabout to bo introduced in the Duma.
