HIS MAJESTY KING EDWARD.

VISIT TO THE CZAR. Received April 2.1, 10.17 p.m. LONDON, April 21. The Foreign Office announces that His Majesty King Edward will pa*' a State visit to the Czar. He reaches Reval in the Royal Yacht Victoria, and Albert, escorted by two cruisers, on June 9th. This is the first official visit His Majesty has been able to pay, since his accession to the Throne, to the Emperor, to whom he is closelv allied by ties of friendship and near relationship.

'* Reval, a Russian seaport, is the capital of Eschonia, and stands on a small bay on the south side of the Gulf of Finland, opposite Helsingfors, and 232 miles by rail, W.S.W. of St. Petersburg.
