The following are the fixtures for tha Major Cup competition to-day (Thursday) W.F.C.A. A v. Carterton B, at Carterton. Referee, Mr O'Meara. Y.M.C.A. v. Carterton A, No. 1, Lansdowne. Referee, Mr Mcintosh. W.F.C.A. B v. Knox, No. 2, Lansdowne. Referee, Mr Bannin.
The following team will represen tho W.F.C.A. A team against Carterton B, at Carterton to-day Hall, Thynne, Smith, Richards. Fairbrother, Scrimgeour, Wakelin, Ls Boche, Pr&gnell, Minett and Schubert. The Carterton B team ia as follows Mansfield, Wallis.. C. Reid, Ilewson, Goodin, Henshaw, Major, Dudson (2), Gray, Ellis. The following js the W.F.C.A. B team to play Knox, at Lansdowne, to-day:—Ralph, McGinnity, Home, Keisenberg, McFarlane, Dickson, Ru&sell, Dunn, Potter, Maxwell at. J. Long. The following team wil represent Knox: —Lomas, Hornblow Morris, Dixon, Calvert, Loader, White, Gray, Ibbetson, Boyd, Archer Emergency—Church. The Y.M.C.A. team to play Car terton A, at Lansdowne, to day, ii as follows: —Hatch, Rees, Gordon Nicol, Doifold, Truscott, Hooper Williams, Brown, Rue and Nixon The following is the Carterton A team Bunny, Fairbrother, Lin dop, Fisher (3), Morgan, Sievers, Peterson, Tunnicliffe, R. Reid. The following are the referees ii connection with the Hughes Shiek matches to-day:—Huia v. Higl School, Mr J.King; Glengarry v. Featherston, Mr B. Iveson; Garry Owen v. Greytown, Mr Humphrey. The team to represent the Huia Club in it 3 match against the High School, to be played on the schoolground to-day at 3.30 p.m., will be selected from the following:—Misse3 Richards, Blomquist, Hampton, Dalrymple, Heron, Harris, Wrigley, Wagg, La Roche, Rayner, Peters, Briden and Hatch.
