A CLAIM FOR DAMAGES.
AUCKLAND, May 19. The Arbitration Court dismissed the claim of Mrs Maxwell for £4OO against the Union Collieries, Limited, for the loss of her husband, not being satisfied that Maxwell's death was due to accident in view of the medical opinion regarding the diseased condition of his heart.
