THE BRAYBROOK INQUEST.

MILBURN'S RECORD. Received May 19, 9.13 p.m. ' MELBOURNE, May 19. At the inquest of the victims of the Braybrook railway disaster the record of Milburn, the driver of the Bendigo train, was put in. It showed that between January, 1888, and July, 1906, M'lburn was cautioned or punished on 14 times for carelessness while oriving, including fines in two instances,for passing danger signals. In one case where he did so the engine ran off the line. In 1896, for running the Governor's special train at an excessive speed, he was ordered to be relieved of the duty of driving important ppecials.
