SULTAN'S MARCH IMPEDED. MOROCCO, May 15. Owing to the tribesmen demanding money,.the match of Sultan Abdul Aziz to Fez haa been impeded. A STUBBORN FIGHT. TRIBESMEN ROUTED. Received May 17, 4.15 p.m. MOROCCO, May 16. General Vogys' column, after two days' fighting, routed an obstinate (fathering of hostile tribesmen at Budemid, on the Southern Algerian frontier. The enemy's losses were very heavy, while those on the French commander's. side amounted.-to. 13 killed, -including three officers and 65 wounded, including seven officers.
