Winston Churchill, President of the Hoard of Trade, replying to a question in the House ,of Commons by Mr Havelock Wilson, iLabour member ton Middelesborough, aaid that the recent unusual increase iln the number of Chinese seamen shipped in the United Kingdom >ports was a matter of serious concern, and was receiving the Board of "Trade's prompt and searching attention.
