OTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Masterton County Council, at a meeting to be held on the 9th (lay of June, 1908, to confirm the following resolutions passed by way of Special Order at a Special Mooting hold 011 the 12th day of May, 11)08: 1. Authorising the raising of a loan of .£l5O under "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," for forming and metalling a deviation on the Black Creek Road. 2. Striking a special rate to meet interest and other charges on the said loan. 3. Striking a special rate to meet interest and other charges on a loan of .£3OO, being 10 per cent, on the ,£3,000-authorised to be raisedby the Council for bridge-building and metalling on the East Coast Road. Copies of the said resolutions (the first of which is to take effect on confirmation, and the second and third on the Gazetting thereof;, may be seen at the County Ollice, Chapel Street, during oflice hours.
