A NUISANCE.
BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. WANGANUI, May 13. At the Magistrate's Court, this morning, a man was charged, on the information of the Railway Department, with making himself a nuisance in a railway carriage by playing on a violin and soliciting pecuniary help. The case was practically brought as a test to combat similar nuisances. The defendant was fined £1 and costs £3 10s.
