METEOROLOGICAL.
At 9 a.m. yesterday the following: forecast was issued by Captain Edwin for the subsequent 24 hours:— Wind Southerly, moderate to strong at all places northward of Napier and Kawhia; westerly other parts of the North Island, and also southwaid of Queenstovvn and Port Chalmers, but northerly moderate to strong elsewhere. Barometer Little movement northward of Napier and New Plymouth; fall everywhere else. '
