"IvrOTICE is hereby given of the inten_i\| tion of the Masterton County C juncil, subject to the consent of the Ratepayers being obtained thereto by Poll, to raise a Loan under tho above mentioned Acts for the purpose of constructing Head Works and distributing races in connection with a Water Supply for the 'Opaki Water Supply District. The sum proposed to bo borrowed for the said purpose is ,£2500.
