The Court for the Consideration of Crown Cases Reserved, consisting of Lord Alverstone (Lord Chief Justice), and Justices Ridley, Darling, Channell and Lawrence, dismissed Mary Hamilton's appeal and affirmed her conviction.

Mrs Hamilton was prosecuted on a charge of perjury in connection with her evidence in the Druce case.
