t MASTERTON COUNTY. Proposal to raise a Loan under "The Locftl Bodios Loan Act, 1901," and its Amendments. VTOTICB is hereby given of the intenJIS tion of the Masterton County Council, subject to the consent of the Ratepayers being obtained thereto by Poll, to raise a Loan under the above mentioned Acts for the purpose of constructing Head Works and distributing races in connection with a Water Supply lor the Opaki Water Supply District. The sum proposed to be borrowed for the said purpose is £2500. The cu-rency of the loan is to bo a period of 21 years, and the proposed security will be a special rato of one penny in the pound on the rateable value for the time being of all rateable property within the said Water-race District, as denned in the special order made by the Council on the Bth day of Jmio, 1905 constituting the said District—but, excepting therefrom one hundrod and forty three acres of land, being parts of Sections (53 to 69, 65 and 50, Blocks I Otahoua, and XIII Kopuaranga &^ r . v 0? Districts in the occupation of Mr Alfred Matthews, and lots 5 and 0, parts of Sections 81, 83 and 85, Block!., Otahoua, containing 59a Or 10p., in the occupation of Steven Connell. 'OTICE is hereby given of the intention of tho Mastorton County Council, subject to the consent of the Ratepayers being obtained thereto by Poll, to raise a Loan under the above mentioned Acta for the purpose of establishing a High-pressure Water Supply for tho use of tho Residents of Lansdowno. Tho sum proposed to be borrowed is X 4500. The currency of the loan is to bo a period of 21 years, and tho proposed uecurity will bo a special rate of one penny and a sixteentli of a penny in tho pound on tho rateable value for tho time being of all rateable property within the Lansdowno High-pressure Water Service District as defined in the Special order made by the Council on the Bth day of June, 1005, constituting the said District. , The cost of raising the loan is to be a charge upon the money borrowed.
