It is, therefore, with feelings of very great pleasure that the Managers are now able to look forward to the possession of one of the finest Technical School buildings in the dominion. At the last meeting of the Managers it was resolved to place on record the hearty appreciation felt by them towards you for your strenuous and successful effort, and also to con gratulate you on making such excelent use of your position of Mayor of tnis town. Signed on behalf of the Managers of the Masterton Technical School, EDWIN FEIST, Chairman. N. D. BUNTING, Secretary.
