A CHILD SERIOUSLY INJURED.
DUNEDIN, May 6. A child named Claude McKewen, aged four years, was running across the tram line at Caversham to-day, and was knocked down by an approaching car. He was severely injured —one of his legs being broken. He also received a number of scalp wounds.
