INDIANS IN NATAL.
RESTRICTIVE LEGISLATION. Received May 6, 8.48 a.m. DURBAN, May 5. Bills have been introduced into the Natal Assembly to provide that no indentured Indians shall be permitted to land after June, 1911. They also provide that no new trailing licenses shall be issued to Indians after this year, and no licenses be held by Indians after 1918.
