THE AMERICAN FLEET.
FORTNIGHT IN NEW ZEALAND WATERS. SYDNEY, May 2. A private cable message received here states that Sydney will be the first port of call for the American fleet in the Commonwealth. Tne fleet is expected to reach Auckland on August 15th, and after remaining about a fortnight in New Zealand waters, it will proceed direct to Sydney.
