Cardinal Logue and nesrly all the Catholic bishops in Ireland urge the Nationalist members to actively support the Government's Licensing Bill. Received April 29, 10.25 p.m. LONDON, April 29. The Archbishop of Canterbury, addressing the Church of England Temperance Society, at» Lambeth Palace, said that he was convinced that the principles of the Licensing Bill were right, true and just. The difficulties in connection with the time limit of clubs was capable of solution.
