A family se'.tled in the Forty-mile Bush had a somewhat unique experience in buying a farm. They were in the Old Country, and, having read a great deal about the land laws of New Zealand, they got into communication with a firm of land agents, who sent along a list of properties to choose from. The intending emigrants selected a farm, in the description of which it said "tram runs right past the house." On reaching their selection they found the tram line was a "bush tram," and for many a month they were heart broken over the wild country they had landed in. They have long since got over that feeling, and now rejoice in possessing one of the best dairy farms in the "Fortymile." TWO SOVEREIGN REMEDIES. THE FAMOUS SANDER AND SONS PURE VOLATILE EUCALYPTI EXTRACT was proved by expert* of tlio Supremo Court of Victoria to posses curative properties peculiarly its own, and to be absolutely safe, effective and reliable. Therefore do not aggrevate your complaint by the use of ono of the many crude eucalyptus oils which are now palmed off as "Extracts," and from the use of which a death was reported recently. but insist upon the GENUINE SANDER & SONS' EUCALYPTI EXTRACT and reject all others. For wrinkles, sunburn, pimples, blackheads, freckles, cracked hands, dry and inflamed skin, use SANDER & SONS SUPEIIBA SKIN FOOD. No lady should be without it. Allays irritation produces a clear and spotless complexion and a smooth and supple skin. REMEMBER that SANDER & SONS' SUPERBA SKIN FOOD is not an ordinary face cream, and unlike any of them, produces a permanent beautifying effect. All chemists and stores.
