GERMAN ENTERPRISE.
CONCESSIONS GRANTED IN ABYSSINIA. Received April 22, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, April 21. The "Standard's" Berlin correspondent reports that Herr Holtz, the representative of a number of German banks, announces that he has received from Menelik, Emperor of Abyssinia, the sole right to run motor cars throughout Abyssinia, and the right to establish trading stations on motor tracks, convey mails, and build an ethergraph plant.
