Bunyard, May Clarke, Maria Dannock, Ernest Denier, D. Doran, Dolly Green, Mrs Hughe?, A. Illingson, Alice Laffin, George McCall, Mrs J. F. McKean, F. O'Connor, H. Peale, F. Sawyer, W. Thomas, E. Williams, Agnes Wright, John Davis, C. Williams, Thoa. Atkinson, Rupert Watson, Leonard Gates, G. Hughes, Annie Tucker. John Davis and C. Williams died in the hospital. The driver of the Bendigo train has been driving for thirty years, and was considered one of the most capable men in the service. He is almost distracted over the disaster. It took an hour and threequarters after the summons to get the relief train away. It is believed that compensation will cost £120,000.

ANOTHER DEATH. \ Received April 22, 10.35 p.m. MELBOURNE, April ?2. Millie Giles has succumbed to her injuries, making tne forty-fourth death. Four others are in a critical condition.
