MOROCCO.
DANGERS OF INCIDENTAL RESIDENCE. Received April 21, 10.43 p.m. LONDON, April 21. Reuter's Tangier correspondent reports that Sir Edward Gray informs the British residents at Mogano that the British Government will henceforth be unable to relieve them of the dangers of incidental residence in Morocco.
