MR G. G. STEAD TAKEN ILL.
CHRISTCHURCH, April 20. After the second race at tne C.J.C. meeting to-day, Mr G. G. Stead was taken suddenly ill, and was removed home. The medical opinion is that he has had a paralytic seizure, affecting his legs.
