WOOL-GROWERS COMBINING. NEW YORK, April 17. Four thousand five hundred woolgrowers of Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, and Arizona are forming a trusi, with a capital of twenty millions sterling, hoping to dictate terms to the Eastern mills.
