AUSTRALASIAN EXPERIMENTS. • COMMENT BY THE "TIMES. Received April 15, 8.15 a.m. LONDON, 14th April. The "Times" says:—"Australian and New Zealand experiments in regard to compulsory arbitration as a means of avoiding strikes and creating Dermanent harmony between ma3ters and men has not yet proved to be valuable. Even if successful, hey would not necessarily be applicable to English conditions, where the machinery of society i 3 far more complicated.
