DISSATISFIED RAILWAY EMPLOYEES.
A STRIKE THREATENED. Received April 15, 11.40 p.m. LONDON, April 15. The employees of the North Eastern Railway threaten \> strike in favour of an ail grades programme, including an eight-hour c'ay ior all grades engaged in the movement of vehicles, and two shillings extra weekly for all employees working over eight hours per day.
